Apple Cider Vinaigrette Dressing


Apple Cider Vinegar (organic, with mother) 
Extra virgin olive oil (or avocado oil) 
Sea salt
Parsley flakes 
Cayenne pepper (optional) 


1. Measurements will really depend on how much you want to make. Either way, you’ll use equal parts ACV to oil. If you know you have a low tolerance for strong citrus, then add more oil. And if you’re reducing oil consumption, then use more ACV.

2. Measure, pour & stir equal parts ACV & oil in small bowl. 

3. Add paprika, parsley & sea salt to your liking. If you like spicier foods, then add cayenne pepper.

4. Stir & enjoy!
