Banana Milk

Look, I’m here with more non-recipe “recipes” because I just feel like the love for these simple blended mixtures should be shared!

I’ve been using banana milk in my smoothies forever, and my tummy definitely likes this best as opposed to other forms of milk options (especially first thing in the morning).

But you definitely have to like banana! It’s pretty sweet, and oh so tasty.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas (brown and spotty preferably)
  • 2 C fresh water
  • Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. You’ll need a blender for this.
  2. Peel 3 ripe, spotty bananas and add to blender.
  3. Add 2 C water. Add more water if you want a less strong banana flavor. You can always add more after blending, too.
  4. Spice with cinnamon to your liking (I like A LOT).
  5. Blend at a high speed. If you have a Vitamin, then blend on the soup setting.
  6. It will get completely watery and super frothy when it’s done.
