I thought you might want to meet me before you dive in.
I’m a teacher, writer, and entrepreneur who travels the world with my wife and my pack of dogs. I dreamed of becoming a writer and teacher ever since I was a young girl. Little did I know, these two passions would lead me to blog writing and yoga teaching! I adore education in all forms, and I love to express myself through words—so here we are.

Handstand has become one of those flashy pinnacle postures that everyone is interested in. And look, I get it, because they’re fun. As cheesy as it is, it’s true: it’s called a yoga practice, not a yoga perfect. That’s because the journey of yoga is truly a never-ending one.
