THE BLOG

I thought you might want to meet me before you dive in.
So, hi!

i'm Kayla

I’m a teacher, writer, and entrepreneur who travels the world with my wife and my pack of dogs. I dreamed of becoming a writer and teacher ever since I was a young girl. Little did I know, these two passions would lead me to blog writing and yoga teaching! I adore education in all forms, and I love to express myself through words—so here we are.

By Kayla Nielsen / April 3, 2019 / 0 Comments

Well, these certainly get me in the mood for more snuggly sweater weather.  Although the sweet spices of cinnamon and nutmeg tend to evoke that sense of autumn, these are also great for ALL seasons given the combo of fruit and veg.  These cookies pack a powerful punch of protein and nutrition in one bite.  […]

I love this recipe because it’s only a few super simple, and pretty easily accessible ingredients.  It’s a great boost to start the day, or a nice night cap desert.  Plus, there’s no added sugar or any yucky preservatives that usually come with food that cure our sweet tooth cravings! I love adding YourSuperFoods powders to my […]
