Coconut Nut Butter


1 C organic almonds
1/2 C organic macadamia nuts
1/2 C dried coconut 
Sea salt is optional 
Cinnamon is optional


1. Roast almonds and macadamia nuts in oven or on stove until robust aroma occurs.  

2. Once nuts are roasted, let them cool a bit and add to food processor.

3. Include 1/2 C dried coconut, and blend to your liking.

4. I like mine crunchy, so I keep it a little chunky. Add sea salt if you like. Or cinnamon is great too.
