Who else can relate 🙋🏻‍♀️

Honestly, this is a huge reason why I’ve distanced myself from spiritual & yoga communities around me in the last few years.

As shitty as it can feel to be judged, I also try to practice what I preach & not judge them right back (which can be hard sometimes, trust me).

Because we’re all figuring it out & none of us are perfect. So I do my best to assume that everyone is doing the best with what they have.

While I can’t control the judgment of others, I CAN control the environment I create in my classes with my students.

Which is why I focus on maintaining a space where people can show up and just BE ✨

November has been one of the biggest months I’ve

November has been one of the biggest months I’ve had in a long time:
California ➡️ Florida ➡️ Chicago ➡️ Wisconsin ➡️ Minnesota ➡️ Florida ➡️ Nicaragua 😅

Plus, another failed IUI, much needed reconnection with our midwestern family, selling (and packing up) our house, living out of hotels & airbnbs & labeled suitcases in storage units.

It’s been…a lot.

But we did it. And now: I rest, I create, I take a freaking moment to breathe in one of the most special places in the world.

Tired & grateful. Hbu? 🫶
