Chunky Brownie Protein Nice Cream
Ok ok, first things first- I hope you’ve already made my sweet potato brownies on their own, because I’m pretty sure that is my FAVORITE recipe of all time..
Secondly, if it’s still hot as heck where you are- then you’ll appreciate this nice cream rendition.
It’s super filling, especially if you add protein (which is optional)..
So make sure you’re hungry & hot & then dive right into this bowl of goodness..

Ingredients
Nice Cream:
2 frozen bananas (make sure you peel before freezing)
1 C frozen coconut meat or coconut flakes (meat is ideal, but sometimes flakes are easier to find)
1/4 C Non dairy milk of choice (I’ve used banana milk or oat milk, both were great)
1 Tbsp Skinny Portion by YourSuper (or any other kind you prefer)
Brownies:
Freeze the brownies after baking so they’re hard
Instructions
Make sure bananas, coconut meat & brownies are frozen & hard. This will ensure your get a thick consistency.
Add all ingredients for nice cream into blender or food processor & blend until thick and even.
Feel free to sub out milk for water, or leave out protein altogether. Additionally, feel free to add vanilla or cinnamon for added flavor.
Once blended, scoop into bowl and crumble frozen brownies into the nice cream.
