This 4 week series provides
a combination of targeted drills for mobility work in key joints, active flexibility in specific muscles and ligaments, and strengthening exercises for stabilization as you open.
Each week is dedicated to a specific section of the body, and each class within the week targets specific parts of the body (both muscles and joints) in order to cultivate full body flexibility.
With bite-size, short classes you can expect to commit yourself to actually fitting every single class in throughout the month.
