You can definitely use any savory juice pulp for this recipe, but I used the beets, carrots & turmeric from the Refreshing Roots Juice u
sing the juice pulp for crackers is not only super easy, but it also reduces waste & encourages us to use the whole plant when consuming.
I love this particular mixture because the mixture seriously tastes like pizza! Which kind of blows my mind considering it came from beets & carrots.
I hope you love snacking on them as much as I do!

Ingredients
Juice pulp
Flaxseed meal
Nutritional yeast
Pumpkin seeds
Cured Nutrition Hemp Seeds
Paprika
Red chili
Parsley
Oregano
Sea salt
Black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Add your juice pulp to a large mixing bowl. I made a big batch of juice, so I had about 3 C of pulp. With that in mind, I used 2 C flaxseed meal. This is important because it binds everything together. Add your flaxseed meal according to how much pulp you have.
3. I used 1/2 C pumpkin seeds, 1/2 C hemp seeds, and 1 C nutritional yeast. Stir together until mixture starts getting sticky.
4. Add paprika and red chili to your spice preference.
5. I used about 1/8 C oregano & parsley.
6. Finish off with sea salt & black pepper. Mix everything until even.
7. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper & spread pulp concoction thinly. Make sure it’s compact and thin so it cooks through without crumbling.
8. Bake between 35-45 minutes. Check after 30 to see if edges are browning. It will harden more once it pulled out.
9. Once they’re cooked through, pull out & cool to harden.
10. Once cooled, break into chunks.
ENJOY!
