Smoky Cashew Queso Dip
Okay, this might be a new favorite. This dip is super easy, only a few ingredients, and scarily delicious.
Also, I love adding Cured Nutrition’s spices to just about EVERYTHING I cook.
But hot damn, including their Smokey BBQ CBD blend to this little number is pretty much what makes it so insanely good.
This queso is great as a dip (for veggies, chips, etc), or as a spread (on sandwiches, chickpea omelets, etc).
Get creative. It’s pretty much amazing on all things savory- so you can’t really go wrong with how you use it.

Ingredients
1 C organic, raw cashews
1/4 C nutritional yeast
Cured Nutrition Smoky BBQ spice blend
Sea salt
3/4 C hot water (filtered)
Instructions
1. Pour 1 C cashews into the food processor with 1/4 C nutritional yeast & Smokey BBQ to your liking (I used about 1 tbsp).
2. Include a dash of sea salt as you like it.
3. Pour 3/4 C boiling water into the food processor.
4. Blend on a “hot soup” setting to make sure it’s creamy & smooth.
