Class Descriptions:

Energizing Flow: This (often sweaty) and dynamic flow class is intermediate (unless otherwise noted) with beginner friendly modifications offered throughout.

We’ll work into a peak posture through an intentional & creative sequence designed to support your body’s needs.

Please feel free to send in requests for parts of the body, or specific postures that you’d like to work on!

You’ll just need a mat & space to practice. If you have props that you like to use, feel free to grab them.

Restorative Yoga: This is true to the name in the sense that it is a fully restorative practice. These classes are a great choice for total beginners, for those who need to slow down, or for those looking for a more meditative experience.

Although the practice is gentle and slow with little to no activation, we can still work into peak postures. Please feel free to send in your requests!

It’s best to join this practice with two blocks, a bolster, and a blanket. If you don’t have yoga props, you can use pillows (usually throws from the couch are best), and/or even a stack of books to take the place of blocks.

This practice relies heavily on props to support you for longer holds.

Yin Yoga: Yin classes will explore traditional Yin postures, as well as other yoga postures/stretches, as well. True to the classic style- we will hold each shape for several minutes, and have rebound postures in between.

Yinyasa: As the name suggests, this practice is a blend of Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. And it’s one of my favorite styles to teach! This is a great option for beginners looking to progress, as well as intermediate students looking to slow down.

We’ll start with a few long holding Yin shapes, then we’ll work into a juicy, dynamic flow. Finally, we’ll slow back down with a gentle flow that leads back to long Yin shapes once more.

We’ll work into a peak posture through the entire sequence, so please feel free to send in your requests!

There aren’t any props that are necessarily required, but it’s usually best to show up with two blocks and a bolster for the longer holding Yin shapes.

If you don’t have either, then throw pillows can replace the bolster & a stack of books can replace the blocks.

Gentle Flow: These sessions are a particularly delicious blend of creative movement with longer holds, and juicy openings.

Unlike a Vinyasa class, there won’t be a whole lot of fiery movement- but rather a yummy watery sequence leaving you feeling open and relaxed.

Unlike the Yinyasa classes, these won’t have traditional long holding Yin shapes- and will have a constant state of flow instead.

Unlike the Energizing Flow classes, there won’t be chatarungas or more intermediate transitions.

Guided Meditation:

Guided Meditation sessions are available upon request!

Feel free to send a message and let me know what you’re looking for when it comes to depending your meditation practice.

We can book private sessions, or group session depending on your needs.

Bhavinization Manifestation Circles: These sacred circles are often only offered on Glow Yoga Retreats.

However, given the current state of the world, I wanted to extend this incredibly moving experience beyond the confines of the retreats.

Bhavinizing is a powerful manifestation technique that helps to call your dreams into your reality.

Coming together in ceremony to explore, share and offer your deeper purpose into existence is an experience like no other.

Each of these circles will only admit a maximum of 15 students, and will only be held on New Moon and Full Moon each month.
