Here's a look at what we have planned for our Goddess in Mallorca Retreat:

Day 1 (June 21st): Arrival & Intention Setting
*An airport shuttle will be available at 1:30 pm for those arriving the day of the retreat.
*Please note that the only meal provided this day is DINNER.
2:30 pm: Check into Finca El Patio
*Those already in Mallorca coordinate accordingly
3:00 pm – 5:30 pm: Free time
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Gentle Grounding Flow with Kayla
7:00 pm: Group Dinner
Day 2 (June 22nd): Shed Your Mask
8:30 am - 10:00 am: Energizing Shakti Flow with Sarah
10:00 am - 5:00 pm: Free Time (explore the area, go to town, beach, etc)
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Welcome Workshop with Kayla and Sarah
7:00 pm: Group Dinner
*Breakfast is available both before & after our morning yoga, so you can eat at your own preferred time in conjunction with your personal practice
Day 3 (June 23rd): Face Your Fears
8:30 am - 11:30 am: Reconstructing Fear Inversion Workshop with Kayla
11:00 am - 5:00 pm: Free Time
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm: Gentle Womb Yoga and Meditation with Sarah
7:00 pm: Group Dinner
Day 4 (June 24th): Connection
8:30 am - 10:30 am: Partner Yoga Therapeutics with Kayla
10:00 am - 5:00 pm: Free Time
4:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Cacao Ceremony with Sarah
7:00 pm: Group Dinner
Day 5 (June 25th): Manifest Your Dreams
8:30 am - 11:30 am: Heart Opening/Back Bending Workshop with Kayla
11:00 am - 5:00 pm: Free Time
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Bhavinization Workshop with Kayla
7:00 pm: Final Group Dinner
7:00 pm - Onward: Last Night Festivities
Day 6 (June 26th): Empower & Ignite
8:30 am - 10:00 am: Empowering Flow with Kayla and Sarah
12:00 pm: Check out of Finca El Patio
