Hi, I'm a teacher’s teacher, brand builder, and writer…

...who’s managed to build a 7-figure business while traveling the world.

Sometimes I don’t know where the time has gone.

It’s like I’ve blinked and 10 years just passed me by.

Other times, I look back on what I’ve built in that time, and realize:
holy crap I’ve been busy!

Where it all began

I started teaching yoga over a decade ago.
And (against my own advice now), I also started teaching retreats at the same time.

A decade of barefoot hustle

I spent the better part of my 20s and early 30s running barefoot around Asia and Africa,
teaching retreats and fundraising for non-profit solar projects—
while also managing to grow my online presence and brand.

Then came online teaching

After landing a career-changing job with Alo Moves in 2018,
I learned a new craft of teaching…..online.

With a few years of experience under my belt, and creating some of the top-performing series on the platform,
I decided to branch out on my own and start my app.

A love story + another dream come true

By this point, business is booming, my online platforms are growing, and…..I fell in love. In Nicaragua.
How cute.

Within the same year, I married her.
And just another year after that, we opened Still Salty Escape—a retreat center that lives on the very land where we fell in love.

“It now hosts hundreds of teachers from all over the world teaching every retreat style imaginable.”

When the dream started to shift

Kind of sounds like a dream, right?
Yeah, it was—right up until the point in which I had an identity crisis and realized…

“I didn’t care as much about teaching the alignment of Triangle Pose anymore.”

“Who was I if I wasn’t a yoga teacher?”

A new calling: teaching teachers

Well, it turns out that my passion had shifted from teaching everyday yoga students,
to solely teaching teachers.

I dove headfirst writing several advanced training and continued education programs for teachers, and have since trained over 1,000 around the world.

What I do now

I launched my mentorship program where I create individual plans for brand building and social media audits
to help yoga teachers boost their business and financial health.

Turns out I learned a thing or two over my decade of growing my own brand, business, and online presence.

I’ll always be a teacher at heart—even if the subject matter changes.”
