Coconut Nut Butter

Omg, this has changed my life.

Okay, well it’s at least changed my breakfast game. 

I’ve been incorporating more health fats into my diet, which is why I decided to experiment with my usual standard nut butter by adding some dried coconut. .

Best choice ever!

This blend is especially good for the ovulation phase of your cycle- but can easily be devoured anytime. 


Ingredients

1 C organic almonds
1/2 C organic macadamia nuts
1/2 C dried coconut 
Sea salt is optional 
Cinnamon is optional


Instructions

1. Roast almonds and macadamia nuts in oven or on stove until robust aroma occurs.  

2. Once nuts are roasted, let them cool a bit and add to food processor.

3. Include 1/2 C dried coconut, and blend to your liking.

4. I like mine crunchy, so I keep it a little chunky. Add sea salt if you like. Or cinnamon is great too.
